ShadowMe Dog Training offers a variety of private, in-home training solutions. Many behavior issues may be solved with simple training techniques and small changes in the daily management of your pet. Often, we can help with these cases with one 1.5 to 2 hour consultation. During our consultation, we will evaluate the behavior you wish to modify, develop a training plan, and implement management strategies to help you and your pet become successful in meeting your training goals. We follow up with a written training plan within 3 business days, as well as unlimited phone and email support.
Additionally, we have special seminars, developed with the needs of new puppy owners: Potty Training and Puppy Parenting. Our Potty Training seminar is a 1.5 to 2 hour seminar which covers all aspects of housetraining your pet, regardless of age. The seminar covers crate training, feeding habits, scheduling potty breaks, and cleaning up mistakes. This seminar offers written handouts to supplement the information covered during the session, as well as unlimited phone and email support.
Our Puppy Parenting seminar helps new pet parents navigate the challenges of training and socializing their new puppy. Topics covered include socialization, puppy chewing, puppy nipping, feeding, acclimating to handling such as nail clipping, appropriate toys and play, recommended equipment, etc. This seminar offers extensive written handouts, as well as unlimited phone and email support.
For families with multiple dogs, we offer a Multi-Dog Home seminar designed to help with the challenges of managing more than one family dog. Topics include introducing new dogs to the family, establishing leadership, training multiple dogs, canine body languate, understanding normal play behavior, and handling aggression between dogs.
